With more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, he has played a key role in building and expanding pharmaceutical businesses through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and product development initiatives. His expertise in identifying growth opportunities and executing commercial strategies has helped drive the successful expansion of Acrotech’s portfolio and market presence. Under his leadership, Acrotech remains focused on advancing innovative therapies that address unmet patient needs and improve access to treatment.
Paul Mingmongkol
Head of Marketing
Paul Mingmongkol serves as Head of Marketing at Acrotech Biopharma, where he leads the overall marketing strategy for the company’s oncology and dermatology portfolio. An industry veteran with more than 25 years industry experience, Paul has held leadership roles in sales, sales management, training, and marketing spanning both small biotechnology and large pharmaceutical organizations.
Prior to joining Acrotech, Paul held leadership positions at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he led U.S. Professional Marketing for Renal Transplant and later served on the U.S. Immuno-Oncology Commercial Biomarkers team. His commercial experience spans multiple therapeutic areas, including twelve years in oncology. Paul’s expertise in strategic marketing and brand commercialization supports Acrotech’s continued growth and portfolio expansion.
Todd Miller
Head of Dermatology Marketing
Todd Miller is Head of Dermatology Marketing at Acrotech Biopharma, where he leads the commercial strategy and execution for the company’s Dermatology franchise. With more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Todd has held leadership roles spanning marketing, sales, commercial operations, and business development, with a particular focus on dermatology.
Prior to joining Acrotech, Todd was Global Commercialization Lead for Oneness Biotech. Previously, he served as Head of Specialty Therapeutics at Ortho Dermatologics, where he led the Oncology, Immunology, Acne, and Rare Disease franchises and was responsible for sales, marketing, P&L, and overall business performance.
Throughout his career, Todd has successfully led numerous dermatology product launches and commercialization initiatives, bringing extensive expertise in developing and executing strategies that drive growth and maximize the potential of innovative therapies.
Jim Melvin
Head of Dermatology Sales
Jim Melvin serves as Head of Dermatology Sales at Acrotech Biopharma, where he leads the buildout of the company’s Dermatology commercial organization and sales team. With over 30 years of extensive experience across Sales, Brand Management, and Commercial Operations, Jim has a proven track record of driving growth and commercial excellence within the pharmaceutical and biologics industries.
Prior to joining Acrotech, he served as Head of Sales, U.S. at LEO Pharma, where he led initiatives that accelerated sales growth and strengthened organizational performance. Previously, Jim was a member of the U.S. leadership team at Sanofi Genzyme, contributing to the strategy and success of their dermatology biologic brands. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Daiichi Sankyo and Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where he led large sales organizations and executed successful commercialization strategies across multiple therapeutic areas. Jim’s experience building high-performing teams and advancing commercial performance supports the continued growth of Acrotech’s Dermatology portfolio
Paula Eason, PhD
Head of Medical Affairs
Paula Eason serves as Head of Medical Affairs at Acrotech Biopharma, where she leads the Medical Affairs organization and oversees the development and execution of medical strategy across the company’s oncology and dermatology portfolio. With more than 25 years of experience spanning the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, diagnostics, and public-private partnerships, Paula brings extensive expertise in Medical Affairs and scientific leadership.
Prior to joining Acrotech, Paula held leadership roles at AstraZeneca and Ipsen, leading both U.S. and international medical teams to launch complex specialty assets, lifecycle management, evidence generation programs, and external scientific engagement initiatives. She remains deeply committed to patient-centric advocacy and scientific rigor. Her experience in building medical strategies and supporting successful product commercialization supports advancing Acrotech’s growth objectives.
