As president of Acrotech Biopharma, Ashish is leading the way towards success with his hands-on sales, marketing, and business development background. His talent in building profitable businesses from the ground up has been demonstrated through many creative partnerships, acquisitions, and organic R&D initiatives across more than 20 years of previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He thrives on creating value for patients, providers, healthcare stakeholders, and the company as a whole.

Kiran Nagabandhi

Kiran Nagabandhi

Vice President, Finance

With more than 2 decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Kiran oversees the finance and commercial supply chain functions at the company and plays a vital role as a key strategy team member. He brings forth a wealth of experience in the industry and has a proven track record in maintaining surprise-free operations. Kiran served as a financial controller for Aurobindo Pharma USA before joining Acrotech Biopharma, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo.

Keri Stirling-Coe

Senior Director, Corporate Accounts and Trade

With 24 years of industry experience, Keri leads Acrotech’s corporate account and trade relations functions, including the implementation of contracting strategies and distribution channel activities. Her experience covers multiple therapeutic areas with 9 years specific to Hematology/Oncology. She joined the team in the Spectrum Pharmaceutical acquisition and has contributed to the growth of many of our products over the years. Keri is passionate about the opportunity to serve patients, customers, and all healthcare stakeholders while being an integral part of Acrotech’s growth.

Lee Snyder

Lee Snyder

Senior Director, Learning and Development

Committed to the development of team members to achieve their peak performance, Lee has led all commercial training and development across Acrotech since 2019. He has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including field sales, sales leadership, and learning and development. He is a passionate executive who is determined to prepare the commercial team for field readiness by building out and facilitating new training programs and workshops, national sales meetings, and ongoing training. Lee is also focused on leadership development and corporate coaching initiatives. He is inspired by the high level of knowledge, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the organization and their efforts towards Acrotech’s goal to make a difference in patients’ lives.

Paul Mingmongkol

Paul Mingmongkol

Senior Director, Head of US Marketing

Paul joined the Acrotech team in October 2019 where he leads the Marketing Team’s efforts across the Acrotech hematology/oncology portfolio. Paul has over 20 years of commercial pharmaceutical experience in sales, sales management, training, and marketing. His marketing experience includes multiple therapeutic areas including 5 years in oncology. He has worked in both biotech and big pharma environments. Prior to joining Acrotech, Paul was at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS). At BMS Paul led the US Professional marketing efforts for Renal Transplant and later moved to the US Immuno-Oncology Commercial Biomarkers team. Paul earned his MBA from Cornell University and his BS from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Senior Director, Commercial Operations

Paulette is responsible for operations across the commercial functions including sales, marketing, trade and market access. Prior to joining the team at Acrotech Biopharma, she led field force effectiveness functions in the pharmaceutical industry in both large and small organizations as well as consulted in this area across multiple therapeutic areas. Paulette is a results-oriented and collaborative operations and strategic planning leader with expertise in leading effective projects to improve data analytics and operations. She is excited to bring her experience in supporting the launch of over 10 products to Acrotech.

Rodrigo Alberto Avendano

Rodrigo Alberto Avendano

Senior Director, Head of Medical Affairs

Alberto Avendano, MD, brings to Medical Affairs a broad spectrum of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, and global interaction with health authorities in new product development. Before entering industry, Dr. Avendano was faculty at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, where he was a clinician and an investigator of early phases and pivotal phase 3 clinical trials. He believes that excellence is acquired by inspirational leadership and personal commitment.

Scott Komorous

Senior National Sales Director

With more than thirty years in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, Scott leads our sales efforts within the company’s inline hematology franchise; specifically in peripheral T-cell lymphoma. He joined the company through the Spectrum acquisition where he successfully launched several of our key products. Over the years, Scott’s breath of experience includes sales leadership, commercial operations, and sales training. Scott is a passionately driven sales leader determined to make a positive difference for patients and healthcare providers in the fight against cancer.

Uma Srinivas Atmuri

Uma Srinivas Atmuri

Senior Director, Head of Clinical Affairs

Uma joins the Acrotech team after more than 15 years of experience managing complex clinical trials and leading cross functional teams across various stages of project execution and delivery. His therapeutic experience includes working in several rare diseases CNS (Rett Syndrome), Respiratory (nonsense mutation Cystic Fibrosis), Hematology, Cardiology, and Dermatology. As the Head of Clinical Affairs at Acrotech, Uma is actively involved in corporate strategy and is responsible for the analysis and interpretation of clinical results and regulatory discussions. He works with internal stakeholders and partners for the planning and executive of clinical trials.

William Reiss

William Reiss

Director, Chemical and Manufacturing Controls (CMC) Quality

As the head of Quality at Acrotech, William brings more than 30 years of unique industry experience to the team managing products, product launches and transfers, contractor oversight, quality audit management, quality agreements, and developing/improving quality management systems. William has learned to face challenges head on over his previous years leading a large team of auditors, successfully extracting a company from under a consent decree, and managing many global projects, and now uses this experience to lead a quality team in our young company. He looks forward to helping the quality unit grow as Acrotech expands and to further develop our quality systems.
